Aviator Indian Cuisine

The new Pui O-based AVIATOR Restaurant follows a pedigree of eateries opened by Sultan Sunny since 1999.

With a reputation as one of the finest chefs for the Pak-Indian Cuisine on the island, his restaurants have become a well-respected part of the Lantau dining scene.

Sultan Sunny first opened his first restaurant in Mui Wo, then named ‘Curry Corner’, before later moving to Tong Fuk as ‘Curry Machas’ and then Tung Chung, where it took on the name of AVIATOR.

Now the AVIATOR has landed in Pui O, with a brand new-look that welcomes diners to eat in or takeaway from its extensive menu.

The restaurant’s refit has been thoughtfully designed to provide both cozy dining and group tables, which diners can enjoy both inside or out in the open-air.

Once you are comfortably settled in place, you can order all of the classic Pak-Indian dishes a la carte or as a combo of your choosing with perhaps a delicious naan or biryani, not forgetting to add in a craft beer or wine for the perfect night out.

Alternatively, you can choose to just sit and enjoy the atmosphere, whiling away the hours with a drink from the AVIATOR’s growing bar menu that features both craft and draft beers, and a growing range of wine and spirits.

Watch out too for the future music events that are being planned for AVIATOR, once the pandemic restrictions are removed.
