Lurking on the corner of Ferry Pier Road in Mui Wo, the Kitchen has long been a integral part of the Lantau eating scene.
Famous for its awesome pizza, pasta, salads and wraps, these are all delivered in mega portions by its eclectic crew.
All food served at the Kitchen is prepared from the ground up, on site.
The pizza bases, the pasta, and all the breads, are hand-made, from scratch, by the crew, under the direction of Mark.
And all meals, including those that are neither pizza nor pasta, are prepared, by hand, to order.
There’s not a microwave in sight!
There’s a small but interesting range of Hong Kong brewed beers on tap, from Double Haven and Gwei-lo, and a small selection of good wines.
If you’re into reds, the house red is particularly good – a Tinto from Portugal.
