Little Field is a hidden bakehouse located in Cheung Sha, that specialises in sourdough bread, as well as authentic and innovative bagels.
All our products are vegan and all natural, and they are baked to order.
Your requests are baked each week and can be picked up in Mui Wo or Cheung Sha on Fridays. We also deliver to town – follow our Instagram @little_field_hk for the latest information.
The cutoff time for orders each week is Thursday at 6:00 AM.
Our country, home-baked bread is tastier than those in town because our bakers are happier..!
All our breads can be frozen for storage, but we recommend they are consumed within 3 weeks. We also recommend you slice the sourdough loaves before freezing.
Thawing and preparation
For sourdough loaves pre-heat your oven to 220 degrees and spray some water on top of the bread. Toast as desired.
You can also use a frying pan or air-fryer.
Bagels should be de-frosted at room temperature before heating.
