Plain, vegan, all-natural sourdough loaf
Our 700 gram plain sourdough loaf, is made from flour, water, salt and our wild yeast. It is vegan and all natural.
The preparation and baking process involves a long slow fermentation – and the result is simply wonderful tasting bread!
All our breads are baked to order.
Order cut-off time is Thursday 0600. Pick up in Mui Wo or Cheung Sha on Fridays.

Can be stored in freezer for up to 3 weeks. We recommend slicing Sourdough loaves before freezing.
Preheat the oven at 220 deg C. Spray some water on top of the bread and toast until desired texture.
As well as an oven, you can also reheat using frying pans or air fryers.
