Sea Salt Bagel

Each of our vegan, all-natural bagels is handrolled, kettle boiled then baked. Every step is essential to create the crispy and chewy texture. With a sprinkling of Maldon sea salt, it’s a simple but tasty bread.

All our breads are baked to order.

Order cut-off time is Thursday 0600. Pick up in Mui Wo or Cheung Sha on Fridays.

Storage:

Can be stored in freezer for up to 3 weeks.

Re-heating:

Preheat the oven at 220 deg C.

Bagels should be defrosted at room temperature before re-heating.

As well as an oven, you can also reheat using frying pans or air fryers.
